My newest build. I am finding that replacing the tops of the boxes with a tonewood like german spruce makes a huge difference to the sound. This one has a brass tailpice/bridge. am looking foward to see what it sounds like! The neck is european cherry with a mahogany venner on thehead. The fretboard is wallnut with wooden dots.

  • looks great, how thick is your soundboard? I'm just reputting a top on an old one of mine, which i like but too is quiet.  i've gone to 2mm but am now feeling nervous about it......
