  • Big batches of castoffs are wonderful. I got 19 Martin factory reject half tops in Sitka Spruce to use for my smaller boxes. Great wood and the right price. I love you just cut em down. I've made one box from grandmother's old Silvertone flattop from the 40s. It was all falling apart due to a relatives shed storage, so I recycled the tailpiece, bridge, and giant back mahogany plus the braces. I'll use the neck and more wood on another box. I like to get bookmatched guitar halves and use each half as a box top or back.

  • had a few x girlfriend,s who live there .haaa.

  • You lucky b*st*rd ! Do you work at the morgue ?

You are in for a lot of fun !

  • Sorry if I confused you, I thought you were in Ireland. Yes, I am in USA,  and I was curious about a neck. Thanks though. I am not sure if I have anything to trade. You can always check my pics of the guitars I have I guess.

  • i would do no bother..the shipping is a bitch....the only reason im useing the bodies is a cigar box from the usa can be got for a few buck,s but it would cost me 20$ do ship to ireland..i will go down to the post office and get quote ...i am after few indian box,s and decent cigar box pick ups .so could deal .
