Pretty nice fret jig. Once I standardize on a neck size, i should make one. All mine are cut free-hand using a coping saw (or previously a mini-hack saw with the sides of the blade filled (and blunted) down to give me the right cut width to receive the fret-wire.) Prior to that I used cut nails and electrician's tie-wraps for frets. My current fretting process is a bit stressful because I never know when I'll really screw one up. Would be nice to develop an easy and worry free process for fretting necks. A jig like this might be the answer. I may also buy a fret saw this summer when I return to the States for 3 months.
