Funny you say that, The Headstock was to thin! I am in the process of making a new neck. This is for a friend that wants to learn how to play. She has never played guitar, I thought this would be a good starter. Call me old fashion, but I love my Pabst! HaHa

Just glue up a 1/4 inch piece behind the headstock and down to the first fret! Way too good to trash, man!

Like this a lot top to bottom. Pretty much leave it as is and string it up. Great job on the box. Dandy looking headstock but maybe a but thin.
