Thanks. Pretty easy to do. Just four screws to open the case and one screw that holds the circuit board inside the case. Also have to take off the nuts that hold the controls on the top. You do have to bend the case out a little to clear the headphone and a/c jacks so they slip out ok. The box is to thick for the controls to go through so I just cut out a section and covered it with a piece of tin and mounted the controls to that. That is the stock 3 inch speaker on this one. Had to modify the brackets to mount the speaker on this box. On the first one I did I found a 4 inch 8 ohm speaker at a local electronics store and used that. Don't really think I can hear much difference.
