The mounting bracket has the number L46 cast into it, but I don't know if that's the model number of the bracket or the heater. They were dealer installed options beginning in 1931, so mounting was left up to them.

Nope, sorry but it's gonna be an amp. I'm not going to be able to keep it either - it goes with the Badaple guitar. That's okay though - it'll only be about 6 blocks away from me, so I can visit it often...
