  Thanks Bluesheart. It has come together. I had a very happy session in my shop yesterday just cutting little logs into little lumber. Lilac, Cherry,Plum, Apple, and wood of unknown species.

  I've added a new workbench where the totes of pots and lumber used to be. Also using an old ironing board as a workstation. I fixed it's broken leg and now its useful.
