Gluing on the backboard

This morning I rough-cut a piece of 2mm thick plywood veneer to serve as the bottom (back side) of my teardrop sound box. Then I applied white carpenter's glue around the bottom edge of the teardrop hoop and clamped it onto the rough-cut back board using a bunch of clamps and scrap boards. You can barely make out the shape of the hoop between the cross boards. I'll let this dry overnight before continuing.
