I used a diamond disc in my dremel. Found a good trick is spraying a water mist on the disc while cutting the glass. Keeps the heat down on the disc and seems to help in cutting too.
Out of the 3 bottleneck slides I tried cutting length ways to get the 2 halves, only one was worth using. Then I had to fatten the two edges to match up with the bone edges. Took longer to do that then cutting the glass.
