Gammon? It's a big old ham smoked or unsmoked (unsmoked this year and I think I actually prefer it).
Steamed in a alu foil tent for 5 hrs then opened up and basted every 4 mins at a high heat till done. We have 'sneaked' ~1/2lb already nibbling little slices "just to test it"!

I think I see where you're gonna attach the neck. But, its not gonna resonate very well is it? Gonna need a couple of mag p'ups in that baby.
