fret board

I sawed in the fret lines on the neck. Not going to fret the neck but just wanted to have something for reference.

  • I'll consider that. Thanks. I'll see how it plays once it's stringed up. If the action is low enough maybe frets would be worth it.
  • With all the fret lines marked and sawed out, you've already done the hard part. If you don't have fret wire, you can use bailing wire, cut nails, or bamboo skewers (should varnish (polyurethane) them first so they'll be harder). You can always finish fretting it later.
