Cheers Grizz , yep thats right mate i routed the back side to form a cavity for the pts ect i will then make a lid/cover to enclose it with a couple of screws - i use a long drill bit to drill the hole from where the output jack will be through the the Cavity and the body to the pickup cavity

Looks great JuJu. Boy, you knocked those out pretty quick. Great job though. How'd you get all the electronics in? I assume you routed out part of the back and have a cover of some sort?
Thanks Robert - beleive it or not them bottle rebates are the hardest job on the builds - tey took me about 8 hours to do the four - because the bottles are at a angle and the neck of the bottle is ribbed it makes it real hard to fit - but i got there in the end and they all look like they grew there and once there in it's a real pain to get them back out - there not glued in place just a good tight fit
