  Rtz its plain closed back, middle fixing plain no marks.. hence probably a cheapie.. looks just like Banjo Uke pot

  Belive it or not I just sang for the first time ever live in front of a small croud and am still here to tell the tale!...

  Hope to get a sort recording of a jam session..to post..all being well... can't hear a damn thing now!.

  Interesting. I recall seeing Seasick Steve on Jools Holland's show playing a banjo with a similar arrangement (ie. 6-tuner headstock and tunnel-thru-neck for 5th string)
