    Yup, I used small needle files. I also have a set of small riflers which were great on the "curves".

    Thanks Andy. I did it to razz the new owner, but he was crazy about it. When I went back and looked at your cutout I was amazed at the detail. Did you use needle files or do you have something smaller?
