Thanks for your comment on my Second Gambler Lap Steel, Andy. The cards are lightly stuck to the neck with glue. I drew the frets on a piece of acrylic and screwed it down on top of the cards to hold them in place. Please take the idea and use it as your own if you want.
Thanks for your kind words. ON the Zen thing, I just sort of let the wood grain tell me what it should be. Plus I love Japanese art and stuff. That photo is shot in my Bonsai garden.
Hey Andy, hope you don't mind. I'm planning on pretty much copying you on the Punch Gran Puro you did w/the oval cut out. I have a couple of these boxes, and you did such a pretty job on that! Any helpful advice you can give will be appreciated.
Thanks, Bruce
Thank you Andy. It was another wonderful vacation. Even better this year because there was no rain. P-Town is definitely a Busker's Valhalla. LOL Enjoy.
Sorry Andy for not gettting back to you before now. My computer was in the shop, just got it out this afternoon. You really did a great job on the CBG, came together like a charm. Don't you always see something better you can do on it next time? I guess it is the learning process.
