Not quite a cbg, 'cause I could not find a box big enough, so I made it myself in plywood, with teak veneer on top and bottom, & on headstock as well. Wood for the neck comes from the dump, so I can't tell what kind of wood it can be...rosewood fingeboard & bridge, bone nut, MOP markers, homemade aluminium tailpiece, Kluson tuners. 'Dynasonic' like mini humbucker & 42 mm piezo under the bridge. Pickguard, pick up cover and fake truss rod cover are made from a partagas box

You're absolutely right, Carverman, except, there's only one piezo under the bridge, and it's truly enough. I wrapped it in foam, because it was too crunchy otherwise. So, the vol pots allows me to adjust the different output, though, in fact, there's no real loudness difference between the piezo and the humbucker. I used a wiring diagram I found here (on cigar box nation). But now I think that a unique vol pot for the HB would have been enough !...Except, if the piezo output would have been louder than the HB output...

So you have a HB and a couple of 42mm piezos....and from what I see a volume/tone for the HB and a volume for
the piezos? I presume that the idea of having two vols allows for adjusting the different output between the
piezos and the HB, especially in the mid position on the switch?
