I read it in this post about diatonic fretting, in the first reply The Phrygian Kid states that there are actually two wrong notes and to avoid them to split frets 10 and 11 like the neck I made and his example in the post mentioned.
Hi Stewart, I've got to ask, but the split fret just before the octave...what does that get you? I've got a stick dulcimer on the go now, and I'm wondering. Either way, nice clean looking instrument..
