low strings are quiet, high are 'ok' Tube bridge is held on with 2 small brass nails, thew can into neck.
This has some good reverb sounds at times, but overall not great, too much of the nasty slide on wound strings noise. I plan to try a different bridge, may try a solid bridge.
I tried to put a piezo in, but too much feedback and other noise.
love your build! I was thinking about going oil can when I locate a good one. but i wa curious about the volume. Is it loud with that tubing bridge.I find hollow tubing knocks down the volume on a cigar box.hows it doing on the can?did you use the tubing to calm it down?
