I swear I'm not pawning it again but thanks for the offer. Your part of Scotland kooks like some places in the Colorado Rocky mountains. If I ever get a piece of travelin money maybe I'll come and see ya. Oh yea-must say I love the accent too. Stay in touch F.P.
Only the neck is homemade the body is a real 1930's early Dobro. One of the first made when the Dopyera brothers cut ties with National and moved to LA. before they coined the name Dobro They named these proto types Angelus similar to Angeles. This guitar has a regular resonator and spider bridge, The Reso cover plate with the round hole was unique to the Angelus model Dobro. It's just a simple F-hole body made of ply-birch with an open sound well. I have this one tweaked up real nice with a sweet bright tone that I love. I've pawned and sold this thing 3 times and it seems like it always comes back to me, so I keeping it from now on.
