drillstop

Here is a handy drill depth stop I made using a wine bottle cork. Drill trough cork , then trim it to leave the amount of bit you want exposed and drill away without going too deep. Perfect for slotted headstocks.

    Genius! Great tip. This would apply to lots of things in a build. Tuner bushings, fret marker inlays etc.
