Another step closer - necks are mounted, tuners attached, hole for jack ready.I am a little concerned about how it's going to play though - I thought the aluminum channel was very stiff, and that by adding the teak in the middle it would be very stable. Unfortunately it seems like it might flex under enough tension. My fingers crossed... if it flexes I'm going to have to pull it all apart to insert steel rods in the back of the teak. Thank goodness I use screws.

Thanks for the encouragement. Maybe I'll try a nylon string setup first. If I remember right, you're having good luck with them on some of your cool looking micro-tonal, many-string builds.
