  • Thanks for all the nice comments.  You're correct.  The string spacing ended up at about 16mm to accommodate a neck that is 1 18/32 wide.  I could have spaced the bridges closer if I needed to.  Also, you'll notice that I recessed them for not only a cleaner look, but to avoid raising the fretboard much above the box top.  I like my action set low at about 8/64 at the 17th fret.

  • Haaa! Iv been looking at those bass bridges for a while now! What string spacing did you ened up with? About 16mm?
