    Yes, Pick.  I use a spatula for flipping eggs, burgers, and grilled cheese sandwiches.

    Bug, not that I know what I am doing--- but I use one of the fat corners of a pick, not the skinny one.  Helps give me that half assed musician/ hack player sound.
