Yup. Still fun to play and an excuse to make another. Try this one lap style with a pencil or drum stick for percussion on the string (instead of a pick).
I thought the rail bracket would tidy up the hole i had to make. It wasn't a great idea though because the neck enters the box a lot lower than it should. Inevitably this means that the string is set very high.
I don't usually take photos of my clothes hanging out to dry believe it or not, but next time i use my diddly bow instead of the tumble dryer i'll take a snap.

Do you have a photo of your wash hanging from the string?
Looks good. I like the brass closet rod hanger. High action is okay on a diddley.
