Sounds a little tinny but fun to play around with. All I did to attache the string was drill a small hole through the bottom of the can to the bottom front. I put a picture on of it.
This is cool, Kevin. Obviously someone is thirsty and missing a broom... I have had a similar idea & a couple of bottles in my around-2-it shelf. How does this sound? How did you attach the string at the tail?
