So this is my second CBG, much better than the first attempt, but still learning how to do things better each time. Tried a different headstock idea on this one. Laminated another piece of poplar on bottom then sanded down depth for pegs. I was worried the angle would be problematic for the strings, but honestly it works pretty good and I like the "suspension bridge" look. I finished this with shelac and not too happy, perhaps I put too thick of a coat on at first, but it seems to take the impression of fingerprints even after a day dry time.
