  So, my question is... how strong is that neck joint? Is the neck holding steady without much bowing?

  Yep, forgot to add that in the blurb! Simple solution - I laid an old foam camping mat on the bench, then using a rounded off dowel (pencil), gently scoured them in from the inside. Its not exactly neat, but Iv got 'er strung up and she seems to be holding well.
  If all is well Il do a short video on making them if anyones interested.

  Great look'n cone. Going to tell us how you got the creases in that to give it more strength?
