Mahogany neck, walnut bridge, tail piece and nut, LaBella nylon strings, which I am trying in place of Aquila's which I normally use. Liking the LaBella's so far.

    I think the longer they are, the less likely they are to need a string tree. Things just work better.

    I like to leave 'em long in case a string tree becomes necessary.
