A closed door only seems to bring the attention of the cats, John - LOL. They don't allow it. :)
Great idea using a striker plate for a tailpiece. And to think how many of those I've thrown out doing renovations over the years at work.
Yeah, but now you can't close the door. That top looks almost like spruce on a Martin.
