Thanks, Uncle John ... yeah I had to space them out though I would have prefered to have them close together, there just wasn't room anywhere to get them together. I'm a finger picker, so I tend to play between the pickup and the cone, so it's not a problem for me, but I could see where it might get in the way if you strum.
Wow, that's a beauty. I like everything except the upper control. Thinking I might bang on it when I strum hard. Great wood tones, integration of the cone, big cone screws. The head stock is a great topper. I keep looking at this one. Draws the eyes. Well, there is a symmetry to the control placement that just really works.
