That's the long strum stick tuning. It has a haunting sound and works real well with Irish music. I use that tuning for most of my 4 string boxes. Either that or DGDG (low to high). That one is for shorter necks, but works fine for my tenor banjo. I've learned to play in most any key with one of these tunings.
