yes its a really nice carved box,dont no what wood its made from tho,i was going to add a pickup but didnt want to carve any of the wood out,cos i think it would have spoilt the look,so i used a piezo pickup which is mounted on the inside,and no i didnt fret it,just marked out the fret positions for reference,thanks for your comment.
