I've used guitar strings, mostly the 1st, high E. But i like the silver violin, viola, cello strings for these bowed babies. They are cheap (from China) but seem to work great. Flat wound for bowing.
what strings did you use? I used drop tuned guitar strings but I feel I need to change them
