my first three guitars, still 50 boxes to go....left: green/blue chalk paint, bubinga neck, pau ferro fingerboard, paua inlay, 4 strings, 24,75" scale, 1 single coil pickup, volume and tone, brass nut and saddle, vw beetle air grill, glued head, firewood headplate.middle: sunburst, 24,75" scale, 4 strings, slope(?) padouk neck, coromandel fingerboard, white mop inlay, horn nut and saddle, acoustic 2 band amp, glued head, kingwood headplate.right: hojo de monterey, 4 string, 24,75" scale, muninga reinforced neck, pau ferro fingerboard, gold mop inlay, 1 single coil, volume and tone, brass nut and saddle, glued nead, firewood headplate.

  • thanks, the green one was my first real cbg (first was a teabox). Unfortunatly I had some problems with fretting so there are a lot of dead frets on this one (the only one actually). Have to file them still but it's not going to be very nice, so I think this one I keep myself.

    i will trim them ofcourse, but I have to finish the necks (I have to spray outside and the wind is blowing too hard the last couple of days), but I was too curious how they would play (and they sound not bad at all). it's not very clear on the picture but the green one is painted blue/green with chalk paint and the green is sanded so the blue is shining through.... 

     

  • Original and nice.  Especially Mr. Green on the left.  But trim those strings!
