  • I can zip through 20 or so in a couple minutes on the band saw, run em across the bench grinder for a good deburring then polish them off with a hand file. Done.

    Help yourself to anything Craig, I use a 3/8" offset hinge and cut the stile piece section of the hinge off on the bandsaw. I have an old blade I put on the saw and wear goggles of coase then I cut 20 or 30 at a time for a little stock pile. The bandsaw cuts through them like a hot knife through butter, beats a hacksaw :-)
