This box isn't glued shut... the only thing holding it shut is the little clasp. But you can open it entirely, even with the strings on it, should any repair needs arise.

Looks nice! I like boxes that can be opened. Right now, my first build required unstringing to open the lid, but it just takes a few seconds to do. I'm debating on how I'm going to work #2. It just has a flat top with no rim, so I can either glue the board to the lid and notch out the box, or glue to the box and let the clasp and bridge hold the lid down.
