One thing I note: looks like the bridge is mounted off-the-box? If it's acoustic, I think the sound is improved when the bridge is actually on the box lid, an inch or two in from the edge. That helps to transfer the vibrations into the sound chamber (cigar box) for better volume. At least that's my understanding. That's part of the reason it's recommended to have a small gap between the inside of the box top and the nexk, on a thru-neck design, as well. Let that top vibrate! All of this said, remember there are no rules! Still - a very nice looking build - incredible for #1!
