velvet underground were more 60's-they hung around Andy Warhols' art studio (the factory) during that time.They provided the template for every indie band since, and, like Warhol, were way ahead of their time imo.Countless indie bands took the lead from them-jesus and mary chain, black rebel motorcycle club etc etc.I've read countless books about that whole scene so I'm a bit of a geek! best quote about them is -
"the velvet underground only sold 200 records, but everyone who bought it went out and formed a band"

of the f-hole patterns i was drooling about you see. i have been searching fer the broken pattern design instead of one continous cut of a f-hole design.
any velvet color would look great with that guitar in the case.haaaaaaaaa you got it going on brother,great job from start to finish fer sure. those f-hole patterns are very cool brother.mind if i adopt a transition of that design ju ju ?
