Buzzer - phantom string buzz

I had a good time making this one. It has about 5 hours of fun build time over a 3 day period - 3 days to allow glue, and paint to dry.It is destined to be gifted to a nice guy that goes to the Friday night jams I often go to.It is tuned open G with DGB tuning for easy finger fretting and with the string height getting higher on away from the nut for sliding with less fret rattle. It sounded great at first and then a string buzz occurred and got worse. The solution was simple - once I found it - but phantom string buzz can be hard to identify.I won't tell you the solution until it has been posted for a few days. There is a video posted that tells the fix.

  • I know, I know! You got sober... no buzzzzzz.

    • Love it!!!
