Andy, This was a special program held last Summer/Fall called the Best of the NY Buskers. They closed the road in Times Square and turned it into a walking area. I was given a certain day and time I could go out and busk. Although, I had an enjoyable time, I attracted as much attention as a tiny light bulb would on a very large Xmas tree. Just too much going on there to make a buck. The "Naked Cowboy" has to strip down to his underwear to attract a crowd. Just like the song goes...if you can make it there...you can make it anywhere...NY...NY LOL Enjoy.
