Looking back at the first build I ever did in 2015 inspired by the Shane Speal 2 x 4 lap steel. Fence post body with eucalyptus decking timber board. Threaded rods for bridge and nut, picture hook string guides, drawer handle hand rest, roofing iron electrics cover, humbucker pup. Plays great. Bulldog came from a Mack truck belt buckle.

Great build. I like your Bulldog. I worked for Mack Truck in Macungie, PA. They put the Bulldog on the hoods of all Mack Trucks. It serves two purposes. One it identifies the truck as a Mack, and two it is used as the handle to open up the hood when the straps are released. The big joke amoung the workers was...........(referring to the guy driving the truck) One A-hole, looking at another A-hole. Yup, it was a fun place to work! 100* inside come summer time (no AC) and cold in the winter. Frames came in the building same temperature as it was outside! Glad I found another job!
