  • lookin gud ;-)

  • Thanks, Uncle John!! Each guitar teaches me something, either from the build or from the comments. I was thinking about making the headstock longer, but I decided I wanted it more compact. My other two fretted builds are based on a 24" scale length and my first build was a slide 3-string at 25.5" scale. When I added the 3/4 inch to the 24" base, I thought I would like to keep it about the same length to it's older twin. That meant moving the bridge down and a little shorter headstock. The pickup is from Aliexpress. I am very impressed with it's sound. It pushes my Vox BM-1 Brian May Deacy amp very nicely. Nice clean tones and great crunchiness and everything in between.

  • Yas, sir. I like it. And I may have been wrong to have wished for a longer head stock in my comment on a previous photo. Naw, I was close to right. That head stock is a half inch to short. Near tens on the rest. NICE GIT - NICE Job.
