Another shot of the bridge. I cut a bone paper folder to length and did a little sanding to bring the thickness down enough to slip into the slot I had routed into the top of the bridge base. It sits on top of a rod piezo I cut down to length. Special thanks to Randy Bretz for all the help and guidance!

Thanks, guys! It's now stained and sprayed with poly, I'll post a pic when it's done. Randy is definitely the man when it comes to rod piezo bridges. He does magnificent work and knows how to convey instructions to a mope like me who has never done this before in easy to understand language - not a lot of technical jargon to wade through.
Adam: here's a bone paper folder:
Simply put, it's used in origami and other arts to make sharp creases in paper and card stock.They're anywhere from 5" to 12" long, about 7/8" to 1 1/4" wide, and around 1/8" thick. You can find them at craft stores for around $5 - about the same price as a saddle blank at a music store. The difference is that I can get 4 or more saddles out of a 5" folder, vs. 1 saddle out of a blank from a music store. I ripped the folder lengthwise on the band saw, then cut it to length, then did a little sanding and polishing to finish it up.

I need to know what a bone paper folder is...seems like something that is cool and I need to know about it. Please enlighten me.
