    Thanks Daniel! I was wanting to build a cigar box guitar with an oar. I didn't see an easy way to do it. Im new to all this so I'm always looking around on the internet for ideas. I saw a 2X4 didley bow and it hit me ....the oar would be perfect for that. I didn't plan on doing really anything in the garage that day, so all the parts were stuff that I found while I was out there.
