Brickdust with pentatonic fretting +2

I've watched the Del Pucket videos on pentatonic fretting. It makes doing some cool things easier to do. I added the first and 2nd fret because I use them a lot. They are not part of the usual pentatonic fretting.Tuned EBE with electric strings.Piezo pickup that currently does not work. I suspect the jack is bent a bit wrong. Will fix it when the mood strikes me. Kinda cold out in the shed today and a dusting of snow. First of the season.

  • Thanks, Pat!

  • I like it UJ! Insulate your shop and throw a little heat in, you'd enjoy working in there watching the snowflakes I think.

I was going out to split some more firewood today but it is not as nice outside as what it appears through the window! Shop day I think.

  • Thanks, Jerry.  I like a lot of yours too.

  • Love it.

  • Thanks, Scott.  Darn, you guys have got me in the mood to go scouting for another of those boxes.  Or maybe a Padron.

  • Sweet little rig John. I agree with Bob, the BrickHouse boxes have alot of charm.  I grab every one I can find.

  • It is 23 inches and copied off a store bought tenor guitar.   Hey, AGP, search out Del Pucket's pentatonic fretting and playing vids.  It might interest you and give you reason to try it.

Yup on the jacks.  I know better, but neglected to check until too late for an easy fix.

  • What Scale is this lovely little critter ??, and I can empathise with the Jack problem, having the same problem at the moment with my latest very troublesome build, wil post when I get it sorted out

    ;-(

  • I like them too, Bob.  Thanks.   Sounds pretty good acoustic.  The box was strongly built and I did not strengthen it further as I usually do.

  • That is a suweet build!  I think those BrickHouse boxes have a distinctive charm.
