The wood is over 50 years old It will out last me. I also thought why not make the box a little longer and put an amp kit in the end has to be done,-)
Very cool. That thing will probably outlast any brand name flight case on the market today!
I like the guitar and I really like the case, been thinkin' about doin' a build with matching case. And maybe trying to incorporate an amp in the case. Well maybe one of these days. ;-}

Thanks guys I have a shed load of wood that I took from my attic. Had to do somthin with it. its heavy but strong.
