  Thanks, the neck was made originally for a three string, but was never finished. the box was from a failed experiment where what is now the bottom, was the top. I liked the way the color of the woods matched so put it together as it is. I am very happy with the result.

  Looking good John C.  Nothing wrong with a sound hole there whether intentional or a screw up.   Nicely shaped neck.
