Another experiment! Neck angle is 2 degrees. What you can’t see is the support beam inside the box that the neck plate and back plate bolt into. This design has a few more modifications coming.

Thanks Brian and Uncle John! This is a prototype and I’m using up filament that doesn’t work well in my printer’s AMS. I intend to print the neck blocks in a coffee/brown color although black would work as well. I have a couple of plates connected by dowels that slide on the box and serve as a guide to drill the holes on both ends of the box.
WOW! That plastic piece has enough strength and rigidity to keep that neck where you want it? That could be a very useful and even saleable invention. I would like it better in black.
