Not a Cigar Box, but I recently finished a 5 String Banjo using an old Double Boiler Pot. Turned out nice

Actually, the top is 1/8" thick Cherry with a Linseed oil finish. Does look similar to my Oak floor!

Very nice. Is that the same oak as in the floor? How does it sound?
