Love the distressed look (if that's the appropriate adjective).
I can see why it would be a fave. Lots of nice and not overly flashy details. A bit of steam pump and all vintage looking.
This was one of our first builds and definitely my favorite. I have built a handful since, but i am whole-heartedly planning to return to a similar build based again on the vintage wooden bible boxes.
